As a Superintendent you will work in conjunction with the Project Manager to coordinate all site construction activities and supervise all field personnel, as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This includes maintaining the highest quality, supervising all trade and field personnel, while administering good construction safety practices with all on-site activities. Ultimately the Superintendent is responsible for ensuring that every facet of the project is completed safely and efficiently.
The Operator performs safe and efficient operation of construction equipment including but not limited to loaders, back hoes, track hoes, blades, haul trucks, water trucks, dozers, etc. Perform tasks involving physical labor at heavy construction projects, involves operating a variety of hand and power tools. Clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris and remove waste materials. Also may assist other craft workers.

This position involves various manual and grading tasks including, but not limited to laying various types of pipe (drain, sewer, water, etc), setting grade markers, monitoring grade to guide pipe laying activities, operates and understands the use of a variety of measuring instruments and hand tools, shoveling, sweeping, mechanical assistance, lifting, pushing and pulling various objects and raking. Work will be performed per the supervisor's instruc¬tion, (free from direct supervision except for more complicated jobs).
This is a skilled position as an experienced Project Manager involving the preparation and management of projects that are awarded to the company. This position will be responsible for the overall contracting, scheduling, coordination, implementation, execution, cost control and completion of a project, or multiple projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. This position includes a responsibility for sales and marketing of construction materials, products, and services. The Project Manager position is also responsible for representing the company with clients and consultants on a knowledgeable level and be able to make basic decisions on behalf of the company.
